This is Ripley, my mothers dog that we are taking care of until she gets back in June. He has pretty much been our dog since shortly after he arrived.
He was a rescue and is just now learning to be a dog, he did not know what a dog toy was until a couple weeks ago. Ripley has a level 3 heart murmur and we are pretty sure he was abused. He has become part of the family now, something we were not sure would happen, but she opted to keep him and let us take care of him. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
